I like that they aren’t acting panicked. But, getting top talent here...
...is starting to feel like getting a camel through the eye of a needle.
Harsh realities of a religious school, with academic rigor, in this day and age.
The extra hard work recruiting is needed and appreciated.
Getting actual results just seems to have a much lower ceiling than in the past. Just hope the ceiling isn’t lowering by the minute (although it seems that it is).
