Jeff Grimes is more than capable of coaching BYU's offensive line, but he wants a hire who will take the assignment as Ryan Pugh did so he won't have to worry or cast too big of a shadow over the job. A hire is expected soon.

I agree, this is going to be a very important hire that shouldn't be taken lightly or cheaply.
