Jeff Grimes has an excellent Resume'.  Unfortunartely, these SEC coaches have very little experience in what BYU needs to be successful.  None of them have experience with pass dominant offenses.  Until we throw the ball 40 times a gamein a well conceived passing scheme, ie, Washington State, Texas Tech, or West Virginia, we will continue to lose.
