“WHAT WAS THAT?” So I completely calmly and rationally arm-barred her back to the mattress and said (completely calmly and rationally) “it’s just an earthquake.” I was so calm and rational that I repeated it 2 or 3 times while I held her down. Then she said “why are you shouting, and let me up.” You would think she would be a little more grateful for my protection.
