Some media are arguing that the Kaepernick settlement means the NFL is admitting
guilt in the collusion case. Both talking heads on PTI concluded as much.

While that's certainly possible, I don't think that's such an obvious conclusion. Businesses settle lawsuits all the time simply to make an issue go away, not because they are admitting guilt. And for all we know, the confidentiality agreement was insisted upon by Kaepernick and his side because the financial settlement is small but they want the optics of a large settlement and a public victory.
