I was rejected nearly twelve months ago as an applicant with perfect academic stats and an incredibly well-rounded application. I reapplied for Winter 2019 and was ultimately accepted. I don't know what is going on with admissions here these days but I am deeply sorry if your family is on the receiving end of a denial tonight. The past semester was an absolute whirlwind and couldn't have been more different from what I expected to happen.
