The church would have to invest in more qualified faculty who could come in and enhance the programs.

Develop/incentivize within several general and specialized programs at BYU’s current PhD programs for graduates to take faculty positions on the BYUI campus.

Also encourage ($$) other established faculty across the country to come strengthen the Rexburg campus.

Finally, build a stronger UG research culture where the educational experiences are seen as one of the leaders of UG education across the country (similar to BYUs)
