Look at their roster from 10 years ago. Bunch of Washington state players

And a smattering from Oregon and the recruiting hotbed of British Columbia.

Mark Few didn't just wake up one day and decide maybe he should recruit better athetes from outside Washington state. Their current recruiting is a function of the success they've enjoyed.
