False. I overextended myself 6 years ago and it’s been a fantastic decision

My home value is $250,000 more today than when I built it 6 years ago. I knew I was possibly biting off more than I could chew but it’s turned out to be a huge financial benefit. Interest rates are much higher and home costs are much higher. I couldn’t get my same home today for anything close to what I paid.
