Crossfitter, so don’t spend time benching anymore, or 1 Rep max either. Prior 1RM on bench was 315. Weights are estimates based of a bump from regular workout where we did a set of 2 or 3 reps EMOM, until reaching heavy max. Or a workout where we had a 10-min period to establish a heavy 3RM.
