My brother lived at Glenwood in Provo. He went to our parent's house on Christmas Eve. He needed a bigger vehicle for one of his presents and took my mothers vehicle down to Glenwood to pick it up. Well you can only park at Glenwood if you have a parking permit (which he does on his other car). He pulls into a spot next to the door because only six or so cars are parked because it's Christmas Eve night (that leaves 100+ empty spaces in the lot). He runs in, grabs the present, comes back to his vehicle and sees a guy putting a boot on his car (at 12 o clock at night on Christmas Eve). After a conversation stating he was inside for 5 minutes tops the guy agrees to release the boot for $80. So this guy is patrolling an empty parking lot, on Christmas Eve, and booting somebody who lives there and has proof he lives there, for parking in an actual spot for 5 minutes. These companies suck.
