“He’s had some good offensive nights, there’s also nights he struggled shooting the basketball. He’s had some moments in this league. He is someone who can shoot the ball. If there’s a time we need that versatility, floor spacing, somebody very aggressive offensively, it might be something we use.’’




He was on a 10 day contract and Kurt Rambis tried to lessen the enthusiasm for the signing by saying it was managements decision and he wasn’t going to displace anyone from the rotation. He’d play if he earned it...hardly institutional racism. Guys get signed to 10 day contracts and don’t play all the time...sometimes you just need a body for practice...or in the rockets case, you might just need to hit the minimum roster number.
