In the next five years, say BYU gets a new SFH...

What do you keep that is good and what do you replace (make better)? Can use MC for the VB season as the new building is being built.

For me:
Make the new building seat 10k,
Tiered, lower section for students, say about 4k students
Everywhere else, about 6k seating
Food court, with delivery to seats

BYUtv area
More of a vertical slope instead of what is currently used now.
Would keep the area around the court, about the same
