Xfinity has the worst online billing accounting I've ever seen. PART II
"Previously on Xfinity Billing Sucks" (see linked thread)

So to follow up on my previous post and call to xfinity, I decided to access my account online to make sure everything was kosher after I removed their streaming TV service and...

This is what I see:

Ok so they have the internet right but I have THREE (3) TV fees on my account. Also the pricing they gave me previously that was supposed to be for 12 months says it ends on November 16, 2018. I removed TV in my previous episode.

So I call again, wait on hold, get a rep and let her know in a nice Church Lady voice that I have a problem with my bill and I state the above problems. I show three TV fees and I have no TV service with you. Also the rate for my internet shows it expires in November vs. January 2020.

She was nice enough to explain to me that APPARENTLY those fees do NOT show on my account and APPARENTLY my pricing is good through January 2020 and APPARENTLY Xfinity's own website is wrong and for some reason, it APPARENTLY can't accurately display EVER what I am actually subscribed to, for how long, etc.

So at this point I don't know who to trust. Either Xfinity's website is wrong or the gal on the phone is wrong.
