And they are not tanking. They legitimately have nobody left outside of LeBron. And LeBron can't do it all on his own, nor should he want to at this point. No point in over exerting himself at this point in his career, especially with no chance at the playoffs. The Lakers legitimately have had horrible luck this year, and with the news of Brandon coming out today. Wow. Right when he was starting to break out. I hope for the best for him and his health first and foremost. But secondary, his value has plummeted and there is a good chance he may go the way of Chris Bosh so young in his career. I don't know if anyone will ever sign him for more than 2 years at a time going forward. And Lonzo can't stay healthy. Kuzma is streaky, but will not be any better than a solid starter at the very most. Hart is not looking good. The Lakers young core could very well all end up being a bust.
