My iPhone will not connect to LTE...just 3G.
My carrier is Sprint, but others around me with Sprint are connecting to LTE just fine. I went in to settings and made sure the "LTE Enabled" option was on. Tried turning Airplane Mode on and off - no luck. Tried turning the phone on and off - no luck. Tried a hard restart - no luck.
Anything else I should try? If not, should I be contacting Sprint or Apple?
