I had a sleep test done recently and part of it showed my resting HR in the 30s.
I'm 41, and pretty physically active.
From what my doctor said, it isn't a problem--it just suggests that I am in good shape.

At how low is a heart rate to low? Mine can be in the mid-30's when resting.

It is bradycardia. Technically anything below 60 is bradycardia.
