If there isn't enough water to fill Lake Powell AND Lake Mead, then maybe the environmentalists will get their dream, and Lake Powell will be drained to fill Lake Mead.

I guess they will have to find a different way to generate power....

I love Lake Powell, but they aren't filling that lake just so people can go boating. It is only there to generate power.
