I think the Jazz be have the best shot with the final standings like this:
1. Warriors
2. Nuggets
3. Trail Blazers
4. Rockets/Thunder
5. Thunder/Rockets
6. Jazz/Spurs/Clippers
7. Jazz/Spurs/Clippers
8. Spurs/Clippers
If the Jazz finish 6th or 7th and get Portland and Denver in any order in round 1 and 2, they can reach the conference finals. Otherwise, I don't see it.
