...it seems like the players don't respect the conference and caliber of competition in the WCC. It appears to me that they generally seem to think that the teams are beneath them and they don't always feel like they should have to put out much effort, let alone have to match the effort of the team they're playing. "afterall, who do these guys think they're playing for crying out loud??? We're the 40th all-time winningest program in NCAA history!! They should realize that and automatically fear us and our large arena and superior resources!"

Our effort on both ends of the floor is too inconsistent and we need to play every opponent as though they're Gonzaga or Utah (last 2 seasons we've played one of our better games of the year vs the Utes).
