Same, but there are so many other "increases" I get in life...

employer contributed retirement funds, employer contributed insurance, house appreciation and then rolling it over into a new/nicer home, etc.

I'll just pay on Gross and pay on retirement withdrawals, and call it good. I don't mind if I'm over-paying the Lord, but I don't feel I am because He blesses me so much.
