We have used a realtor to buy and sell previously. But Homie seems simple enough and I like the flat fee as opposed to the 6%. (even though our realtor gave us a kick back of about 2%). 

I am curious if anyone might be willing to share their experience, good or bad? Would you use Homie again? Does the flat fee include access to a realtor? Was there any part of it that was a complete pain?
