The problem for PVU is SLC is a major hub and it's way too close to
Provo's metro population base.
If Provo were an isolated metro area (like Boise, a similar metro population), PVU would be much bigger and have multiple airlines.
As is, it will always just be a smaller regional airport secondary to SLC. This is great for what it is.
