This is the one reason I like them having to go somewhere other than the NBA right out of HS. Then picks aren't being wasted on more guys who might not turn out. Too many of these guys need more time. A professional league where you're making that much money shouldn't be a place for those guys. So maybe they should really turn the G league into something solid so the best players that aren't quite NBA ready can all play against each other there first. It's the NBA's fault. They go so much on "potential" that they don't care about much else. Guys need to show something at a level between HS competition and a professional league before being there. It takes the professional out of professional.
