Finance: Anybody ever get a CVR? Contingent value right notice?
A company I own stock in was bought out by another company. I get a CVR for every share of stock I own. I don’t really understand this. And don’t know how to take advantage of the CVR or if there are any pitfalls. Apparently it’s profit sharing or something.
