He can’t develop players and players he runs off seem to do pretty well at other programs. (He kept Nixon and worthington over Dastrup)
He hires local coaches for assistants and recruits Utah and Idaho way too much.

Rose is a great guy but BYU needs a new direction for the b-ball program. Can it get worse? Of course, but it’s getting worse under Rose.
