You might say we are an indoorsy family.  But we'd like to make an overnight trip to someplace awesome. Moab? Bryce? Goblin Valley?

• We'd prefer a bed and breakfast (or cabin) to camping
• We want to avoid hikes that are too hot (It's too much for our daugther who can't be exposed to sun)
• It's probably too late, but if we can find a place to stay during April 1-5 that would be awesome. It's Alpine School District's spring break.

Any tips?
