Did the study mention portion sizes? I mean is the problem sugary drinks? Or
sugar? You know what I mean? Say a man drinks a can of soda daily. That's it. That's 36 grams of sugar. Is he any worse off than the man who eats 4 homemade cookies? And that's it. Or the "healthy" guy that gets 39 grams of sugar in the nutrigrain cereal bar.

I understand a 64 ouncer can add up fast but I'm having a hard time believing that a can of soda is going to be any worse than a kit kat.
