In Pope's 4 years at BYU - following Jimmer's senior season
BYU's offensive efficiency went from 106.3 (111th in the country) in 2011-12 to 110.2 (50th) to 114.5 (31st) to 119.4 (10th).

Your top 5 players in 2014-15 were Tyler Haws, KC, Chase Fischer, Winder and Halford. Corbin Kaufusi was your main post player. Sharp and Bartley rotated in the frontline with Corbin. That lineup was 10th in the country in offensive efficiency.

They were 1st in the country at shortest average possession length all 4 years. Like his UVU teams, that 2014-15 team shot the 3 very well (19th in the country) and got to the free throw line (44th in the country).

They were the 28th-best team in the country that year according to Pomeroy. They lost a couple of close OT games in Hawaii that year and lost a close game to 8th-ranked Utah at home (who had Poeltl, Delon Wright and Kuzma on that team). Only lost by 5 at SMC and by 3 at San Diego and by 5 and 6 against Pepperdine. All those close losses contributed to a 307th-ranked Luck rating. That gave us a 11th seed in the First Four that year - compared to the 2 teams both above us and below us on Pomeroy getting 5, 6 (two teams) and 7 seeds.
