Could be. They didn't provide any additional rules besides the official ones.
But we won't be surprised if they don't allow it. If they ask, we'll be honest but if they don't ask, then whatever. The body of it has wood in it and it feels like wood. He's not designing it to be fast. Did that last year with minimal work and aesthetic and got 2nd place.
