Probably need Portland to pass up Houston and Jazz to end up 6th or 7th. Heck,
Portland has an outside chance of the 2 seed. I think jazz ending 6 or 7 will end up being ideal, but that depends on Portland and Houston. Portland has the tiebreaker I believe.
