Seems to me referees are too quick to blow their whistles for jump balls and should give it another second or two. Example being the Tennessee game where the Tennessee guys blocks the Iowa guy and is in the process of taking control of the ball in a natural in game motion but a jump ball was called even though the Tennessee player only needed a half second longer to secure the ball.
