Fish is so varied that it’s impossible to say this.
Beef is one animal, and tastes much different than pork and venison and porcupine. Some are better than others.
Some types of fish are terrible, some are great, and others are okay.
And fish flavor depends so much on freshness.
I’m sick of tilapia and haddock.
But a fresh red snapper? Oh yes.
Monkfish?! Heck yes.
Wild salmon! Yes please
