We did this in HS (20 years ago) and it was actually really cool
Would love to have a third quarter to fourth quarter popcorn popping at LES. I'm serious, it would be epic if this became a thing.
I think it was cool because it started with a single fan making a "pop" (throwing hands up and out spontaneously)... then another fan and another until the whole stands started popping... once everyone is jumping up and down and popping that's when the cheerleaders start a long drawn out "I..... looooooooooked out the window..." It was a ton of fun with 1-2k, I can only imagine what it would be like with 40-50k.
