She may not have all her facts straight, but I think she is definitely coming
from a positive place and just wanting to try to make the BYU experience better.
If it evens helps change things a little bit or puts a little more pressure on BYU to improve things further (while I realize they are already trying to do that long before she started tweeting), I think it is worth it.
