With an Indy type schedule but no way could they consistently do it in today’s current environment

Probably the best shot is to go back to the byu/bsu model where u beat up on mwc teams and get everyone really excited for 1-3 matchups a year with some top 15-20 finishes

But I don’t see how that cures much

I say take it for what it is. Byu is a respectable brand and a plays a fun diversion for many families. I think they’ll always get respectable crowds. If that tapers off a little then downsize and make the stadium more comfortable And people will still show up in respectable numbers
