So much respect for wrestlers. I remember seeing an interview of Cael when he was in college and he said he'd pin his guy in the first period and then go work out because he had so little time on the mat compared to his opponents who would go all three periods with most of their matches.

Sanderson won four high school titles wrestling at Wasatch High School and then won four NCAA titles for Iowa State, becoming the first and only wrestler to finish his collegiate career undefeated. He also won a gold medal in the 2004 Olympic games.
