1. That he has is given the freedom to hire whoever he wants as assistant coaches.
2. That he is aggressive in finding and recruiting athletes of different backgrounds (foreign, not LDS, outside of Utah County).
3. That the vision of the program is to not only make the NCAA tournament but to advance.
4. That he is so successful at BYU that other schools come after him.
