I have a daughter of my own so I want to be careful about this topic but
This young woman is accusing Mich St of discouraging her from reporting a rape by 3 basketball players. 4 years ago.
The parts I don’t really understand:
She’s graduating from Mich St in a month
Filed suit against the school a year ago
Hasn’t named her attackers or filed charges
Being a rape victim is unimaginable, but I have a hard time understanding why you’re willing to go public in a lawsuit, but not against the perpetrators. That’s just odd to me. Doesn’t make sense.
