I’m listening to a shouting match between an airline agent and passenger
The passenger purchased a “basic economy” ticket and is going to be charged $30 for her carry-on. She’s only allowed a “personal item”
I realize that’s the terms of the ticket, but I kind of blame the airlines for playing these games.
Of course it is United.
