One of the big differences between the NBA & College basketball is turnovers

The lack of skill in the college game means possessions are more important because of the low shooting percentages. So turnovers and offensive rebounds are huge determining factors in wins & losses. But in the NBA, a skilled team can throw the ball away and it has little impact on results if they are simply better shooting the ball.
