Raw QB ratings are not very useful. But the overall stats for both players are pretty equal. Similar completion %, per-game numbers. Wilson threw 3 INT to Huntley's 6, but other than that they've very similar. The difference is in the quality of the competition. Huntley won some games against top 50 defenses, Wilson's wins all came against sub 100 defenses. He didn't come through against good teams, and your first four opponents are all likely to be above 100 in ESPN defensive efficiency rating at the end of the year.

By "essentially equal", you mean after adjusting for your bias. Just taking the QB rating alone, Wilson is better.
