If the same rating system existed then, how high would Luke Staley been rated?
It seemed like he was a pretty good recruit back in 1999.

Blue Chip top 100 player.
Not sure who offered him a scholarship, but if I recall it included pretty much all the pac-10, plus other powerhouse programs like Nebraska.
I don't know if he would have been rated higher than Williams, but I'm guessing it had to be up there at the time.
