At least in 2006-9 that was the case. I earned an academic 1/2 scholarship based on my GPA within my major. Everything was advertised well I felt. Pretty easy to find it and figure out what to do.

You're good. Green is 1/2 tuiton for 1 year (2 semesters), light blue is full
