I worked with a construction company doing work at the U for a while.
Some of the guys had decals for other schools on their cars. There was a decent mix of USU and BYU decals. Every car with a BYU decal go vandalized. They never touched the USU cars. After the second incident everyone removed the BYU decals to avoid any more issues.
