I can’t recall. It’s been a long time. There are probably others
on this Board that may remember more details. Kyle was pretty much set on taking the BYU job despite it not being as much money, but reconsidered after a talk with that leader and his Utah players pressing him hard to stay. I don’t know if this, in fact happened, but heard it did from a few people close to the situation.
