No, I use Tesla and they can give you comps from other homes in the area.
Phoenix is consistently sunny enough that they should be able you very accurate estimates. I believe many contracts guarantee the accuracy of the initial projections within a certain range. If they don't do that, shop around a bit.
Also, I believe that most systems in PHX will not give you 100% solar because of the high summer demand of A/C, but they will chop off a huge chunk in the hottest months and essentially cover just about everything in the winter.
