POLL: Which mortgage option would you choose?
Assuming fees are the same for both other than origination fee. Also assume slightly better than 50% chance you stay in the home longer than 10 years
I realize these aren’t the best products out there but I am doing a one time close construction loan and these are the options to what the construction loan morphs into.
