I have a lease. Average person spends around $500 a month on electricity.
I spend $108 a month on my lease and $60-70 a month (including the INSANE summer months) for electricity (including state fees and things like that). The math looks good to me.

Same. I expect to stay in my home until I die and if the numbers made sense I'd put panels on in a heartbeat. But
