Another Dad tried to calmly chime in and say in all sports and even professional sports officiating is not done democratically and refs miss calls and when they do you just keep playing, and as adults to act like adults and not tear into a 16 year old volunteer ref. Then the parents started to tear into him. Wow. I am amazed at how passionate some parents can get in a non-competitive eight-year-old city league soccer game. The kids are out there to have fun and enjoy themselves, not win the park championship.
